The Garden Room (320 sq feet) is privately located in the original barn of the property. Brought over from Nantucket the barn has historic history of its own. With its own entrance and private deck the room also has a fantastic view of the salt marsh and the ocean beyond that can be seen from the queen sized bed. Complete with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. A flat screen smart TV with digital cable, free Wi-Fi and two comfortable chairs will help you feel at home. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available for your day at the beach. Come back to your private deck gaze at The Bay and relax from your day on Cape Cod.

An ironing board, iron and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
